Supplementary Costings – Non-Domestic Rates Measures and Self-Isolation Support Grant – March 2021

We have published this supplementary costing document to accompany Stage 2 of the Budget Bill debate, which takes place on 8 March 2021. It sets out our assessment of the effect of changes to two reliefs for Non-Domestic rates and the expansion of the Self-Isolation Support Grant.

8 July 2021: A change was made to Figures 1.2 and 3.1 to correct an error in the unrounded January 2021 Self-Isolation Support Grant forecast which did not match previously published figures. This has changed the total change in 2020-21 from -£0.8 million to -£0.7 million. All other rounded figures are unchanged; small changes to the unrounded figures have been made in the accompanying spreadsheet.
