Pension Age Winter Heating Assistance
Pension Age Winter Heating Assistance (PAWHA) will replace Winter Fuel Payment (WFP) in Scotland from winter 2024-25, providing an annual payment to pensioner households to help with heating costs in the winter. Our indicative forecast assumes that PAWHA will have the same eligibility criteria and payment amounts as WFP.
