Freedom of Information
Anyone is able to ask the Commission for information we may hold. We’re committed to being open and transparent across all of our activities. This commitment is reflected in our approach to handling requests for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Our compliance with these, together with our obligations regarding Data Protection, our Publication Scheme and Privacy Notice were last reviewed in November 2019 and consolidated into a single document for ease of access and use.
